Using Swimfo

• Use Swimfo only for legitimate swim-meet purposes.
• Keep your login secure and don't share it. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Only upload heat sheets and roster information you're authorized to use for your team, club, or league.
• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service.

Your content

Teams and organizers keep ownership of the meet and roster information they upload. You grant Swimfo permission to store and display it as needed to run the meet experience (including the public spectator pages described in our Privacy Policy).

Free service, “as is”

Swimfo is provided free of charge, “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free — please don't rely on it as your only system of record for official results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Swimfo and its developer aren't liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Accounts & removal

You can stop using Swimfo at any time and ask us to remove your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as Swimfo evolves; the “last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
