Invite coaches, clerks & families

There are two ways to bring people in: a team code for families, and staff invite links for other coaches and clerks.

Invite families

1. 1On your team card, tap Invite.
2. 2Copy the Team code (or its link).
3. 3Share it with parents and swimmers — they enter it at sign-up.

Invite coaches or clerks

1. 1On your team card, tap Invite.
2. 2Tap + Coach invite or + Clerk invite.
3. 3Copy the link and send it to your staff member.
4. 4The link sets their role automatically when they sign up.
